A small turtle shaped vessel for deep space exploration into the toughest realms of the unknown worlds.

-A total of 5 Tech-points and 8 Resource-points.
-Two Cross Spawns.
-NSL performance (no sounds, no particles, minimum lights)

Hi bjjt,

We recently added thsi map to all DMD servers. I will be sending you bug reports. If the map is abandoned, we will remove it in 1 week.

1. The power in Loading does not reach the resource node.

2. I recommend making this a 10 resource node map. Having less than 10 nodes means matches are less likely to get full upgrades for each team and may even cause the matches to last much longer to get those upgrades.

3. The tech point near the center of the map is too close to the alien side. I recommend moving it more towards the center, as aliens already tend to win most games.

LEVEL REVIEW:
Small map. Great layout. Lots of detail, dark areas, vents, path variations. Could use a few more props on the floor for aliens to hide behind. Recommended for servers!

There is probably a few things I need to fix but i wouldn't mind some feedback from players, it would be very helpfull to have a direction. I have started on a new version and some of the things I have worked on are: removed ladders, more cover, a window in bridge's 'twist', moved the tech rt to an alcove, more room to the hives and some other stuff I can't think of right now. There didn't seem to be much interest so I put work on it off recently.

Whats happening with this map? I thought it was doing well. How come they didnt use it in the latest custom map cup :/

Yes, that happens at different places on the map. If it becomes gamebreaking I will adjust otherwise consider it as a feature in rememberance of the old days of gaming :)

I think the draw distance is a Spark limitation that you can't adjust, but this hallway makes anything at the end of it disappear. Not a very important problem, but some of the walls would need to be adjusted to fix that. http://i.imgur.com/sRb2ya8.jpg

I have fixed a few issues, including the occlusion bug. I have yet to think about your last point though Jekt :s

1 armory / alien structure being capable of blocking the only entrance intro cargo (besides the vent) is pretty silly. A marine comm can actually place a ghost armory and completley block cysting from the hive :p
