These look pretty similar to the off campus dorms in my town, except the rear portion. Still cool!

I love it. However they only have 1 household per building even though the RICO Settings say 32 households. Would you know what the problem is with them? Is it something on my end or an update?

how do you use theme manager to keep them from spawning? What is theme manager, is this a mod? I only see map themes and nothing is listed in there.

@kyrazor200 if you are using a certain theme, that does not include this building, then they will not spawn when using that theme. This is no different from any other growable that uses RICO and is not specific to this asset

@travis, they are rico but you have to use theme manager to prevent spawning of unwanted buildings
