Guide: Controls and basics
By ☆トンベリさん☆ AKA Swegfesh
Hello! Since there are no tutorials, i was thinking i'd add a guide on the basic controls and functions in the game.
I probably missed a few but this is the ones i use and know of right off the bat.
Beware, might contain spelling errors!

Onward, TO VICTORY!
Controls
Left controller (if you selected righthanded in the menu)
1. Left thumb pad moves you in the direction you're pressing, same if you hold your finger on it and move your hand in hte direction you want to go.
2. Double-tapping on the thumbpad makes you sprint, this is great for running to good cover.
3. Left menu button pulls up the menu
4. The grip button can steady the front of your rifle
5. If you hold the left controller near your shoulder and hold the trigger, you will use the radio, which you can communicate over long distances with your team (VERY IMPORTANT)
6. With your left controller, you can make hand signals to your teammates for silent attacks and commands, very effective when used in close proximity to enemies! (can be used with right hand also)

Right controller
1. With your grip button, you can grab and release weapons
2. With the trigger you shoot (obviously) when you have a weapon in hand
3. Some weapons only use DOWN on the thumbpad to release the magasines, and some others uses down on the RIGHT controller and pressing trigger on the magasine with the LEFT controller. For example the L96 (which i use constantly, 360noscope)
4. Pressing left on the thumbpad changes firemode on your weapon
5. If both hands are empty, put your right hand behind your back (down near your hips and up to your back) and press the RIGHT menu button for a MAP. (Where you can see the objective as a green dot)

Other information
Syringe is in the bottom middle of your vest.

Grenade or anything other you chose is on your vest below your pistol

The grenade is GREAT for taking our people, better to use it and maybe get a kill than to not use it at all (i killed the entire team of 4 people with a nade once, stay close but not too close to your teammates)

To use nightvision (when selected in the loadout) click on your forehead with any controller

Die alot? Try crouching or proning (not in an open field), it does'nt only make you a smaller target, but you're more accurate aswell. But beware, you move slower!

I probably missed alot of things, but please comment what i missed and upvote if you learned something new or just liked the guide in general!
This concludes the guide, Thank you for reading!

I am having problems with the ammo belt. When I look down, I cant see it. The armor plate is in the way and I have to use contortions to see the items. My body is in the way of my controller getting to the items. Is there a way to overcome this? Im using Steam VR with HP G2 Reverb.

well here we are in 2020 and still the movement sucks .. why is it that every other good shooter lets you move with one joystick and turn with the other ?? is this so friggn hard to setup??? I bought a 2.99 game and it works in it... why is it so hard to even just make an option available to set it that way?? take some notes from ZERO CALIBER... it's my game of choice ATM... this one I guess I"ll have to wait months again to see if anything ever gets really fixed.... until then... shelfed....
I really wanted to like this game.. but the movement feels like it's 20 years old..

@NewbieAdventures3000

Firstly; I posted this in 2016, no tutorial was available then. Nothing at all.
Secondly; Yes, you become more accurate, because YOU in real life are much more accurate while proning and crouching. Unless of course your irl physique is terrible.

There IS a tutorial, and crouching/prone does not make you more accurate

Other question : how do you inject with the syringe. i can grab it but after ? how to act ?
Thanks for this starting guide.

You should add a guide on running properly, I just got this game and I still have no idea how to run at max speed, I always find myself slower than everyone else.
