Preparation
This is a guide on how to enable Compatibility Mode for 3DVision with this game (should work with any other DX11) game, I'm not claiming that I've discovered this method, only letting DX users know.

1. Enable 3D Vision.
2. Go to the game and then to Display options under "Options" and enable Stereoscopic 3D. Set it to "on", not "side by side" or other method.
3. Exit the game and download the SLI Nvidia Profile manager by googling it or through http://www.geeks3d.com/download/139
Editing the SLI profile
Now, let's explain how to use the Profile Manager to do this with any DX11 game. What we are going to to is export the Nvidia profiles currently set to a TXT file, add the lines we need, then add the profiles back into the PC's settings.

4. Delete "Nvdrssel.bin" in C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\Drs
5. Use GeForce Profile 3D Manager to Export Profiles
6. Open the file and add this under the game you want to add Compatibility mode to, and you will need to add spaces to the front of the line, before "Setting..." to make it line up with the other values on the file.

> Setting ID_0x709adada = 0x37f5854a InternalSettingFlag=V0

That is the line that Nvidia uses by default on The Witcher 3 and I've found to be the one that works the best on DXMD.

7. Save the file.
8. Delete nvdrssel.bin again if necessary.
9. Use GeForce Profile 3D Manager to Import Profile.
Playing on compatibility mode
Now, when starting the game, it should go automatically into Compatibility Mode. If you try to switch back into normal mode using Ctrl+Shift+F11, it will break the fix.
