Thx ;)
I just wanted to ask, could I possibly contribute to this guide? I may come up with more tips as I go through the achievements myself.
Nice first guide! Some guides out there are much less detailed!
I would like to add some things. Off the top of my head, I can add 2 things.
-Special options can also require mana, gold, coolness/professionalism, or %'s of factions (for NOT having certain factions, or a few, etc.) And they can be bad, though it's rare.
-Faction gain is a little strange. The bard allows one to get x% of a faction, and -y% of every other faction. I believe it progresses at 3 - 8 - 15% for increase, and 1 - 2 - 3% for decrease.
Let's say you have 90% guards and 10% rogues. The bard plays rock music. +3% guards, -1% all others. You should have 93% guards next week, right? Nope. You would have 91% guards and 9% rogues.
In short, the faction you gain comes from a loss of another faction. You would only receive 1% because the other 2% you would get doesn't exist! A simple way of thinking about it would be converting your tavern into different factions. If you really want a faction, you'd best get those decors.
