Enhanced Russian Military Ragdolls

Hello again.

I've converted the playermodel version of the addon made by maJor into ragdolls that have citizen animations, they'll work for Nutscript and Clockwork, I've also added in the recon that was missing from the pack.
This addon WILL break playermodels.

I will take the addon down if the original authors contact me to do so.
