I honestly think it's worth it even without VR if you're into the emulation stuff. It was a fair bit of work customizing my arcade to the point in that video but it was a lot of fun. I made a lot of the cabinet skins myself as well, I've shared them all in the Artist's Alley section of the forums.

It depends on what you want to use it for. Without VR, all of the "ticket mini games"/bowling/darts/air hockey etc .. are a lot less impressive. However if you want a good emulation hub to play emulated arcade/console games in, it is still a lot of fun setting up and modifying your dream arcade.

This means you need to be good at figuring out how to set up all the emulators/roms. It's not too hard, but it's not exactly "plug and play" either. I recommend checking out the guides on the forums.

Is this game any good without VR? (Obviously it will probally be better with VR. But I cannot afford one)
