spawn the car by holding Q > Vehicles > TDM Cars. Then hold 'C' and right click on the car and select skin 2

For some reason it wouldn't let me use photon on this car so I did my best but I could only do a skin

its because its just an other mod you ahve needs re-installing or re-installing photon
