After trying to do what other Guides/Players did and failed to get it. I noticed it NEVER worked.

So I found a way that did.

NOTE: you want to do steps 1-5 ASAP.

Game Setup
From the main menu select new game.
Select Prion,
On gene types use ATP boost,
Select casual.

Start in Saudia Arabia ( it has good and fast shipping ) Or anywhere. I got it to work using this.

These steps you want to do ASAP
! Devlove any symptoms you see ( FOR NOW) ! Important

1. Evolve transmissions Blood 1 & Blood 2
2. Evolve transminssions Insect 1 & insect 2
3. Evolve Extreme hematophagy.

4. NOW DEVOLVE Insect 1 & 2 and Blood 2
Leave Blood 1 and Extreme hematophagy Evolved.

5. Now Evolve the symptoms Insomnia & Anemia at the same time. ( these should now be the only 2 symptoms evolved. If you Devolved others like I mentioned above)

Let the game run it should pop up right away.

( I tested this method a few times, and it worked EVERY time.)
