Adds Alyx Vance character to Ultimate Arena

She began working with the Resistance, as one of the core members of the City 17 branch, most notably assisting Kleiner and Barney Calhoun in helping citizens escape the city to Black Mesa East through the old Canals, as well as helping Kleiner, her father and Judith Mossman establish a teleport connection between Black Mesa East and Kleiner's Lab. She is working with this at the time of Half-Life 2.

Str 6 (Working with the Resistance to help people escape and fighting the Combine has shown Alyx's strength)
Agi 9 (Helping people escape the Combine and running the tunnels and hiding from the Combine forces shows Alyx's agility is superior to normal humans and the Combine)
End 8 (Fighting the Combine and keeping the Resistance strong shows Alyx's will not waiver in the face of hard times)
Skill 8 (Alyx's skills are widely versed. Leading people to safety, Fighting Combine forces, organizing redel defenses. Alyx is a true leader)
Luck 7 (Surviving years of Combine rule, helping lead the Resistance, Helping free, City 17 from Combine rule. Takes more than a little luck. The G-Man also helps a lot)
