Idk why but sometimes forcing game's SLI profile into one-gpu only helps to decrease lags and stuttering¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I have one gpu but seems like it worked for me.
P.S.
After a few hours i turned off Chromatic Aberation and set downsampled resolution 2103x1183. Maybe i lost a few fps but it looks much better imho. Also consider turning off Screenspace Reflections if u want a significant fps boost for areas with many light sources.

Thanks. I used your settings for my 1060gtx 3gb card and now the game is more stable. It was crashing because of display driver error (DXGI_error_Device_Hung)

Does Adaptive Sync actually work for you?
The only game where it works for me is Cities: Skylines.

In every other game I tried, including this one, this setting does nothing.

Nope, it is full Adaptive.

Maybe u forced not Adaptive vsync but Adaptive (half-rate)?

Really great guide dude! Increased my graphic summary from like low to high. But I got problem: seems like my game locked at 30 fps, any chance to remove that cap?

Laptop i5-6300HQ, nvidia GTX960M and 1600x900 for the resolution. I've tried everything, your config, all in ultra, all in low, ... Nothing works for me, always got 19/20 FPS in the FPS test ....... Just don't know what to do now
