Remove Ubisoft Splash screen wmv

How to stop the ubisoft splash screen guide:

navigate to your Steam Clod installed folder.

*:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover\parts\core\GUI

inside this folder is the wmv ubisoft splash screen movie, you can either rename it by placing a _ infront of the name Logo.wmv (_Logo.wmv) or delete it.

this will also tell you if is comes back that means your auto update clouds is on.

I wish I could remove Ubisoft.

yes when you updated it will come back on again..

No logo or even WMV in my GUI - just a heap of TIF smileys and so on. Maybe it changes with the beta update. I still get the spalsh screen.
