Persistent Bullet Shells

Beskrivning
Persistant Bullet shells is a simple modification that allows the shell casings emited from fired weapons to stay on the ground for 4 minutes
Features~

-All Vanilla Conventional Weapons are Impacted (Including Central's Rifle)

-As added Bonus, Central's Flashlight has Been Bugfixed, it Now Actually Works

-LWS SMG Supported

-LWS SMG Ejects Smaller Calibur Rounds as an Attention to Detail

-Sniper Rifle Ejects a Shell on Reload Animation

-Shot Gun Ejects a shell on Reload Animation

-Low Performance Hit!

Compatibility~

No Class Overrides, edits the animations for all Conventional weapons and their Archetypes

Updates~

August, 27th 2016

Central Officier Bradford's gun, is now supported, as a side bonus I fixed its flashlight, Firaxis didn't have the socket on the Skeletal Mesh, as a result the light never spawned

Added Sounds to the Shotgun and Sniper Rifle Reload ejection

January, 18th 2017

Changed duration from infinite to 4 minutes

Known Issue~

Issues have been nailed down to a bizzare 180 global shell limit, I am looking to disable this

Oh man, would be nice to have this for WOTC, but it seems like, this is not a simple tweak :(

of the top of my head I do not remember I think its something along the lines of FX_Conventional for the bullet based weapons

it is not in the ini files, its in the particle cascade within the game's upks, but I'd suggest against that for readability

Sorry if the question is off topic, but can someone make a mod that removes the tracer of bullets (even firearms) and makes the bullets themselves invisible. So there were only gun flashes and trails of smoke. Or at least tell me where in the .ini files it can be edited.
