Adds a new nation to the west coast of North America. The "Communist American League"

Backstory = In 1936 after the economy crash many people grew weary of capitalism and decided to migrate west and announce their independence.

Before the U.S could mobilize troops to start the second US civil war The Soviet Union invited the CAL into their faction. Creating a stalemate as the US was too scared to begin a war with such a world power as the Soviet Union.

Will stability be restored in the west? Will The US be the next victim of Stalins aggresion?
