Here is my Perfect Cell playermodel, he was insanely difficult to make in comparison to my other DBZ Player Models. There are quite a few issues with this model and I'll try to fix them sometime later but for now this is all I've got.

I did not make this character model it is Property of DIMPS and Bandai Namco, I simply made it into a playermodel. I do not own DragonBall Z or any of it's characters. DragonBall Z is property of Toei Animation and was created by Akira Toriyama.
