Basicamente, inicie no modo Survival e aperte ESC. Você verá que a música toca mesmo no menu. Todavia, após cada música terminar ela pára, e é necessário despausar e pausar novamente para que a próxima música toque. Portanto, antes de pausar se posicione para sobreviver o próximo despause. São 3 músicas no total, levando em torno de 13 minutos. Depois da terceira música terminar, despause e você desbloqueará a Conquista!

So, basically just go into Survival mode and then press ESC key. You'll see that music plays even in the menu. After every song ends you have to unpause for a second and then again press ESC. (Thanks to Ocaña for this info!)

Tu auras juste besoin de lancer une partie en survival mode, appuyes sur [Echap] pour ouvrir le menu (la musique joue toujours dedans). Dès que la musique se termine, reprend le jeu quelque seconde, et remet le en pause dès que la musique suivante se lance.
Polish
Więc, w zasadzie jest to bardzo proste. Po prostu włącz tryb survival, a potem naciśnij ESC. Po zakończeniu każdej piosenki musisz raz odpauzować grę, a potem znowu nacisnąć ESC. (dzięki Ocaña za info!)

Zrobiłem to osiągnięcie uczciwie, jeśli nie wierzysz to zajrzyj w moje screenshoty na profilu :)

As of 2019, you have to unpause after every song ends, because the next one won't play otherwise. There are 3 songs, so you have to unpause twice to get this.
