Hope i can help you out passing trough the Hospital.

S= Start Point
green D= Door
green Bubbles= Activatables (you need all 4 to pass trough the door)
blue D= blue Ducks

In order to get the last green bubble (in the downer left corner on the map) you need to avoid geting killed at the locker. In order to achive this you need to rapidly spam the "E"-button.

... is quite easy you just need to match the colors by pressing the white buttons. After this just go across the bridge and the memory is finished.
