Introduction
Hi there! My name is Anthony and I have been playing Dead by Daylight for quite a while now (200+ hours). I have maintained rank 1 survivor since I started playing a ways back and I decided I wanted to help you guys out by showing you some of the perk builds I used and more! :)

you
Perk Combo 1- The Running Man
Adrenaline

Lightweight

Sprint Burst

Small Game

All of these perks are meant to give a running or speed advantage over the killer in both the early, and end game. Now you might be saying to yourself, small game? What an idiot im outta here! BUT WAIT, THERES MORE. Small game has made it's way into this build because of one HUGE reason. In this particular build you will be running all the time or near all the time. Now when you are running you will not be able to see bear traps or be as cautious as you would if you were walking. For example of you are being chased and got that sprint burst advantage but just didnt quite see that bear trap behind that window or other vaulting area.
Perk Combo 2- Team Player
Empathy

Botany Knowledge

Leader

We'll Make It

All of these perks combined give an advantage in objectives inculding Healing and Hooks, Generators and Awareness of teammate locations. WHAT?! We'll make it? LEADER?!
Yes I know I know, these perks are a bit...wonky, but also effective in specific situations that this specific build will put you in. Leader is in this combo to assist in generator repair but it is MOST effective with 3 survivors or more on a generator. We'll make it is included to assist in hook saves and healing afterwards. Combined with botany knowledge, healing will your teammate after a hook save will be done in a blink of an eye.

Perk Combo 3- Lone Wolf/Point Farmer
Self Care

Sprint Burst

Spine Chill

Saboteur

This combination gives an small advantage in escaping the killer using your Spine Chill and Sprint Burst and a LARGE amount of potential point gain using Saboteur Now, the best part about this build is that not only can you get enough points to make grandpa proud, but also escape the killer effeciently. The BIGGEST piece of this build is Self Care, as it allows you to heal yourself after being hit once, giving this combo the name of both Lone Wolf, and Point Farmer.
Perk Combo 4- The Moving Shadow
Calm Spirit

Dark Sense

Premonition

Lightweight

This build is meant for walking/running along the EDGES of the map, doing a generator, and then leaving on to the next, without a trace. Calm Spirit has been included in this build to counter the many killers that use the perk Spies from the Shadows. With many of the crows on each map being on the edges to notify the killer if you are using this strategy, Calm Spirit will completely nullify this advantage. Lightweight is also in this build because if you are using it, you should be running constantly to get to each generator quickly. Preminiton is used here instead of spine chill because it gives you an alert if you are looking the killers general direction while Spine Chill, only notifies if he is looking directly at you. The use of Preminiton allows you to see if he in your general direction and move accordingly. Dark Sense is here as well to assure that he never sees you, even in the end game as you will know exactly which exit door to which he is headed and will act accordingly.
Perk Combo 5- Paranoias Best Friend
Small Game

Spine Chill

Sprint Burst

Empathy/Dark Sense

This build caters to those who are tired of getting stuck in bear traps or just want to know where the killer is at all times The reason I have put Dark Sense and Empathy together is because if you DON'T have Empathy tier 3, I HIGHLY ADVISE you use Dark Sense instead. Sprint Burst has been included to run away if you hear the heart beat nearing you and Spine Chill to of course give you an early warning he is coming in the first place.
My Favorite Build
Out of all the perk combinations I listed, Lone Wolf/Point Farmer is the one I would advise you use the most if you want rank 1 the quickest. It gives you not only the points you need to glide through the ranks, but also allows you to escape the killer quickly and effeciently.

Conclusion
I truly hope that all of the advice and perks given in this guide were helpful in getting you to become the ULTIMATE surviving machine. Anyways, I wish you all good luck in your grind and let these perks guide you to victory!!

I've got an idea for a stealth perk set, but once you get found It's not gonna help you too much.
Urban evasion, Iron will, Quick and Quiet and Empathy.
Urban evasion is... to just hide easily and be able to crouch at walkspeed, making it easier to hide since there's a lot of covers that are crouch-height and it's really easy to hide with it.
Iron will is just to cover the pain noises, so it's not as easy to find you, but if you're hurt you no longer can crouchwalk quickly and your character moves a lot more - and you also drop a lot of blood.
Quick and Quiet... I don't know if this is how it works but at lvl 3 the killer must be really close to you for him to get the audio cue.
And empathy is just to find injured teammates w/o medkit/self care and get them back up, and this'll also help you reunite and work on some gens.

Do any of you have any idea for a full-on survivability perk set?

how do you get saboteur and self care in the same build?

That perk 3 combo is probably the hardest to get since you got to level up 3 survivors to level 40 or 35

This is another one of my favorite team player builds I made.
Bond, Kindred, We'll Make It and Leader
Bond to keep track of teammates close to me and to find them faster for healing or just keeping track on them in general, Kindred to help players out when I'm on the hook. It tells if the killer is next to me and it gives a chance for teammates to heal up if they're far from each other it will give everyones locations, We'll make it for helping hooked players out. Trust me this one helps out a lot. I've gotten players off hooks easily and healed them up faster then you know it. Instead of them going straight down, they basically have a good chance of surviving again. Finally leader, standing near me will give players a HUGE boost. Not to mention Dwight's perks are built around helping others out. So normally I stay at least with another player so we can get things done faster around.

Saboteur now fucks you over, when you finish a hook it will emit a loud poof for the killer and it will only yield 500 points. Fortunately,it's not worth it anymore.
