How to increase the settlement build limit guide

In this guide i'll show you how to increase the settlement build limit (Size) without mods.
It's pretty easy and should not take more then 20 seconds once you get it.

Tengan cuidado, ese .bat causa conflicto en el asentamiento "Cruce del condado".
luego de construir, irse y regresar la mitad de la construccion en su asentamiento desaparecera.

You can also set it to be automatically done when you want writing the setav comands on a txt file and inside fallout after selecting the EP numbers write bat and the name of the file

This increases settlement area but does not allow scrapping of garbage in the added area such as old cars and dead trees.
