  1. Download the {LINK REMOVED}
  2. Go to Program Files (x86) > SteamApps > common > Counter-Strike: Global Offensive > csgo > cfg
  3. Drag the CFG file in to the cfg file and start up CS:GO
  4. To activate the exec file go into console by pressing
    ~ or `
    and type
    exec crosshair
