to monetize videos of Michael Todd Games, Inc. developed games including but not limited to Electronic Super Joy or any other title, prototype or digital experience developed by Michael Todd Games, Inc. in the past, current or future, on any channel owned by "Zilexion M.".

David Goodsell, the musician otherwise known as EnV, gives full permission to use his music in your youtube videos, including, but not limited to the Soundtrack of Electronic Super Joy, in the past, current or future, on any channel owned by "Zilexion M.".

This permission is (retro-actively) valid from the moment your service has been launched until the end of time. This permission shall not be limited to any territory, planet, solar system or universe.

And to state it plainly "Zilexion M." can record videos of our games and do basically whatever they want with them including stick ads on the videos and make some money because it doesn't bother us and in most cases will actually be helpful to us!
