Have you ever wanted full-screen for this game? Do you hate playing games not fullscreen? Then this guide is for you!
The Process
It's very simple. Press ALT-ENTER. Done. Boom.
Why it works
It's because of the game engine that it uses (most likely), GameMaker Studio. It makes games fullscreen when you press ALT-ENTER.

Yes, it is made in gamemaker. I know this because i went into the files and used undertalemodtool on the data.win.

alt+f4 also works
