(Somewhat Vague) Location Screenshot Guide to TVs, Sigil Locations, and End of Level POV Sigils [WIP]
By AstroHun
Frustrated finding that damn light point needed to move on? Don't have the patience to figure out where you need to look to make that last sigil appear? I've got screenshots of 'em all in here to help you narrow the search down!

I've avoided spelling out how to acquire all of these sigils specifically since I personally hate hand holding guides (yes, I realize how hypocritical this is to say at the top of a guide showing where each of the sigils are). There were a handful that were super frustrating to me to the point where I popped open Steam to see if there were any guides but alas there were none (so here this is).

If you're ever stuck getting a sigil to appear but are in the right place shown in the screenshots, remember there are internal "rules" the game has for making them appear that you should try:

  • Futz/dance around with your point of view and distance from the sigil.

  • Try turning away from where the sigil and its light are supposed to appear from so that they're totally off your screen, and quickly turn back to them after a moment.

  • Items that seem to flicker generally are signalling you that you are getting closer the faster they flicker (though there are some bugs in the game that you might mistake for objects/textures scripted to signal that are instead just glitching out)

  • Shelves with sigils on them in screenshots need to be quickly "cleared" by moving your crosshair over the contents. The sigil will appear as soon as they're cleared, but the objects do quickly reapear so you'll have to be quick with clicking on it.

  • Some sigils will require you to be in constant motion for them to appear long enough for you to click on them. Moving steadily towards or away from them with your crosshair pointed straight at where they should be does the trick most of the time.

  • Some sigils in rooms inside areas (such as the bathrooms and back room in the Rolling Dice Diner) may be triggered to appear for a moment after you walk through the doorway.

This level is pretty much as linear as it gets in the game. Just throwing these screenshots on here incase anyone has trouble aligning the POVs needed to continue.

Thank you so much! :) This helped a tonne when I knew what I wanted to do, but couldn't convince the game to show the pesky icon - having a screenshot to confirm "no you're not going mad, this is the right object" helped so much. :)

Thanks! I got stuck at one point on Mars and couldn't find any other good hints that wouldn't involve watching a video walkthrough and having a ton of stuff ruined. This was the ideal solution. :Killmaster:

@LuckyDog i got the achievement at my second playthrough while searching through the whole map every time i completed an area on '12th of february' (changed my system settings), the first one being a playthrough on '2nd of march' (dont know if you get different characters those days but thats how i unlocked it)

:wa: Thank You for the helpful guide. I found it very useful, but did not get the voice & completion triangle for level One, until I had also gone into the Diner (across alley from fire escape ladder of WW publishing) & found another complete set of TV / additional objects not pictured in this guide - FYI Cheers :KeepOnSmiling:
(Also, I easily nailed all achievements EXCEPT talking to all NPC's - tried this on 2 separate run-throughs trying to be thorough, as well - frustrating). :doggie:
