Skooma Overhaul

Description
Adds 3 new kinds of skooma and a ingredient: Low-Quality skooma, Leaf skooma, High-Grade skooma, Mammoth tusk powder they are all craftable in the cooking pot and skooma is also craftable now.

This is an awesome mod for me, as I make mostly Khajit and feel that this makes it a bit more realistic. Pretty cool!

@frodo baggins if you read the description of leaf skooma it causes 2 points of poison damage for sixty seconds. ergo it is lore friendly because it does poison the user.

this is actually beyond lore-friendly. according to lore, lief skooma is a dangerous version of skooma, that is cheep and poisons its users.

This is a fantastic Skooma mod, as I always felt for such a hush hush thing, it must have varieties of it. This adds that.
