Also allows configuration of the speed of perishing, which includes an option to make food refresh while in Ice Boxes.

@Panical, the 0.5x speed (which should be the default option) does not stack with itself, so it results in the perishing speed being reduced by 50%.
I've added additional options, including the both additional speed modifiers, as well as the option to make food refresh while being in the Ice Box.

Does 0.5x mean 0.5x applied to the ALREADY EXISTING 0.5x freezing effect (so in the end 0.25 or 25%) OR 0.5x as finish effect? Things like this always confuse me
