Liberate one of the military bases in Prospere, this should get you heat level 5 when the rebels take it, since it won't be a combat zone anymore.
Now, with it liberated, and heat level 5, order a Urga Mstitel or a Golden Urga Mstitel and fly up to about 1.25km height.
At this height they should only send helicopters to you. As soon as you hear one of the messages indicating that helicopters are approaching, activate the bavarium shield and shoot the helicopters, order doesn't matter as the shield should have more than enough time to protect you from both.
Repeat this until you beat all your friends in the "Medici's Most Wanted"-leaderboard.
