I've seen children steal other people's dupes, reupload them as their own with little to no modification, e-beg for likes, and then people actually ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fall for it.

Why is this allowed? This is an issue on all platforms with UGC, or User-Generated Content, and is commonly addressed, yet nobody ever does anything about it.
