This is this game that forged first person shooters and deathmatch. Its the second FPS to come out (Woifenstein was the first and is also made by ID Software released in 1992). I was born the year doom came out and i didnt get to play it untill i was 5. I could never play it for more than a few minutes and i would sleep all day in kindergarten because the nightmares I got from the game was to much at night. Today I can look back and laught about it and speed run through the game on nightmare and enjoy it everytime. If you havent played the original doom get out from under the rock you live in and play it
