Symptoms
The following error is logged in the CrashContext.runtime-xml file when you launch the game TRON RUN/r after update July 21, 2016:
LowLevelFatalError [File:E:\dev\projects\Tron\UE4\Engine\Source\Runtime\Core\Private\GenericPlatform\GenericPlatformMemory.cpp] [Line: 91]
Workaround
  1. Back up the files Slot01.sav, Slot02.sav, Slot03.sav located:
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\TronGame\Saved\SaveGames\
  2. Delete save files (Attention! Do not delete these files before backup)
  3. Launch TRON RUN/r
Cause
The new version of the game is not compatible with the old save files.
Status
Disney Interactive has confirmed that this is a problem that are listed in the "We'll look into it" section.

More information
  • You will have to start the game from scratch, but you can revert to the old save file if Disney Interactive will release a fix
  • If you have bought TRON RUN/r: 11K Bit Pack (Premium) (included in Deluxe Edition, Ultimate Edition, Season Pass), with new save file you'll get 11k in-game currency back
  • Create your own levels in Sequencer

None of these fixes work. I made the mistake of tweaking something involving graphics to medium instead of low. The game has worked since. It's aggravating. They got rid oi Tron Evolution, now there's problems with Run/r. Disney is awfully shady eh? So all that's left is 2.0. :steamfacepalm:

I can't seem to find "%LOCALAPPDATA%\TronGame\Saved\SaveGames\." i've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, steam and started windows from scatch. Can't get the game to work now."

On Windows 10, be sure to be copy and pasting this into the Windows File Explorer then hit enter, it should take you there directly.

If that doesn't work, it happens to be located in C>Users>(Yourmainusername)>AppData>Local>TronGame>Saved>SaveGames :) Hope that helps, I was also having some trouble to locate it. Gotta love Windows 10 :DE_Tasty:
