PREFACE
Before starting that guide i want to say that i tested that and i become level 50 in 18 hours but i used some boosts like plus membership, gear (with training trait) and xp boost pot (4 times). I did that alone if you have a friend you can grind together (that wont devide xp) and reach level 50 easier.

HERE SOME TIPS WHICH WILL HELP YOU

  • Craft gear with training trait it will boost your xp like %50-70
  • If you have money be a plus member :P it will boost your xp %10
  • If you or your friend have pledge of mara use that it will boost your xp %10
  • Use xp pots it will boost your xp %50
LEVEL 3-8

GLENUMBRA
Its a good location to start grinding .Grind here until level 8
LEVEL 8-15

GLENUMBRA
grind here until level 15 this location is very good and it also levels up fighters guild
LEVEL 15-19

STORMHAVEN
Here is the worst zone in our guide sorry for that there are not a better zone at these levels :/
LEVEL 19-23

STORMHAVEN
Here is a good zone lots of mobs good spawn rate etc.
LEVEL 23-26

RIVENSPIRE
Here looks like a little bit small but has a big spawn rate
LEVEL 26-30

RIVENSPIRE
Good spawn rate big area lots of mobs shortly awesome zone
LEVEL 30-38

ALIK'R DESERT
Good spawn rate levels up fighters guild lots of mobs maybe the best zone in guide
LEVEL 38-43

BANGKORAI
The mobs are under leveled but its not a big problem because they give much xp for their levels
LEVEL 43-50

COLDHARBOUR
First of all you need a friend to tp there if you didnt do the main quests and that zone is a little bit famous because the mob spawn rating is insane and it also levels up fighters guild because of that i recommend grind there in late night

23-26 and 26-30 has same maps. This is mistake, as I understood.

What's the point? Is there some hurry? Playing the game this way just seems idiotic. There's too much to see and do. But I guess being in a hurry is what it's all about.

In One Tamriel you can just go to Orchard in Coldharbour for example and grind there because of enemies being scaled to your level.

with new update a dc guy will be able to go ep and ad zones etc. so i think i will make a guide for all factions and i found a zone in wortghar which you can reach level 50 in 6-10 hours (if you have xp pots training gear grind friend etc.)
