All though i do the time assaults very fast does not mean you have to do them as fast you can do the same route but take your time you still should be able to complete them under the 4 minuets to complete all 3 of the challenges and get the full 1.5k gold and xp (the xp you gain is both for your player level and the hero level for that time assault.
