Opis
For Rimworld A16 - Version 1.1 of ArmourRepair

Adds the ability to "repair" power armour and shields at the machining workbench. Repairing is actually crafting a new set of armour using armour/shield as an ingredient, so itll reroll the quality based on skill, costs quite a lot plasteel/uranium though.

@Jay The way I see it, it depends on the operator of the machinery. If you have an operator with a low crafting skill, the repaired armor will come out at a lower quality and vice versa.

So if I try to repair my "Excellent" quality power armor, there is a chance that it will come out a lower quality?

i know there are other repair mods updated for 1.1, but what makes this one my favorite was for having ability to upgrade item quality in the process. the other mods don't have this functionality.
