Adds the Civilization of Noxus, under Grand General Swain.

Leader: Swain
Unique Ability: "Noxian Might" - Melee units cost 50% less maintenance. Earn Great Generals 30% faster.

Unique Unit: "Crimson Elite" - The Crimson Elite replaces the standard Swordsman. They are great on the offense due to their increased movement [Mobility I Promotion] and combat strength [15 combat strength rather than 14]. However, they cost more than the standard Swordsman.

Unique Building: "Ivory Ward Market" - Provides +2 Happiness and +2 Gold to the city. Each source of Ivory provides +2 Gold. Trade routes other players make to a city with a Ivory Ward Market will generate an extra 1 Gold for the city owner and the trade route owner gains an additional 1 Gold for the trade route.

Noxus is based around reaching a domination victory, reaching their peak around the Classical and Medieval ages. Their unique building allows them to lower their unhappiness. If you happen to settle near ivory, you will also gain a hefty amount of gold to support your armies.
