A Г-shaped corner section for my 83 series tenement. I've modernized it so the asset fits line sections perfectly now.

Это не дорога, а пешеходная дорожка на самом деле. Отдельный объект — арка, ты под ней комментировал.

Thanks for the great rico buildings! I'm so happy to see creators moving away from the limitations of 4x4 growables. And with buildings like these apartments they were never really "grown" in the first place, always part of big master-planned developments.

Sorry, but I don't see any purpose for this as growable. If I make another house block I will make it growable. But this is a part of RICO constructor.

hm.. an awesome building of course,
but i notice that something strange is happening in the workshop:
every time a new wonderful building is released, it's not a growable one - only a unique buliduing with this RICO mod you have to use so that this building is not useless at all. Sad :-/
