Spell: Lumen

This mod adds player a new alteration novice level spell which is called Lumen. Spell creates a hovering light that lasts as long as the spell is cast. So, it's like a candlelight spell.
The only difference is that this spell will last as long as it's cast.

Spell is very useful in the situations where the player only wants the light to last for a certain moment. Very simple, but useful mod.

This spell was created by the request of Fealivrin.
