In Underhome - Storage Room (on the second floor) click the small, left most box on the tallest shelf.

Don't Panic! Go to Port Darragh - Harbour and click on the middle bottom crate.

You find out about this one from Oi in the Port Darragh pub. He hints about it when you talk to him about rumors. Go to the library on the Isle of the Sun and click on the green book near the librarian's right wing (her right, your left). Wait. Click on the mushroom that forms. Then go to your inventory and eat the result!

When you are making the Potion of Change, you first have to make the Potion of Zibble. Take the Potion of Zibble and combine it with the Tomenteous Tomato, then drink the resulting potion from your inventory.

This one you should get on your own by gathering ingredients for your various potions, but if you're in a hurry here's the locations.

Trout Jelly--you get this from Catnip in Port Darragh's marketplace after you bring him the potion of jellification

In Underhome's Lab II, check the blue box on the second set of shelves, then go to your inventory and eat the results.

In Underhome's Office/Study, click on the topmost screen, then "/credits," and finally type the letter W.

While you're staring at the locked back door on Underhome's fifth floor, talk to the Thoughtful Lizard on the right hand wall and ask him about "Cookie." You don't actually have to bake the cookie, just brew one up in the lab. There are a couple of recipes you can use, but the one I used is Water + Something Green + Feta Cheese. The order of the ingredients is important!

You have to drink some Tsipouro, which you first have to mix in Underhome's Lab. Like the Cookie, there's a few possible recipes. I used Water + Katabatic Kamoon + Stigmatic Celery, in that order. You can brew this as soon as the Lab is functional, but you can't drink it until the very end of the game.

In the Room of Boxes, click on the thin orange box on the floor under the right hand set of shelves.

I tried darn near every combination of alchemical ingredients and found a couple of fun potions. I won't tell you what kind of potions, but try these ones on for size.
