คำอธิบาย
Changes default NPC health, and player/NPC damage distribution. Human NPCs will have the same amount of health as the player, and will deal the same amount of damage, thus making them more deadly.

Also changed weapon proficiency for certain weapons, so it's always the same for all NPCs. Now citizens and combines shoot with equal accuracy.

Note: If the map you are playing includes NPCs, NPC health may not change on first load. You may need to reload it with "Clean Up Everything" admin option.

yes but i already have other AI mods which conflict with inpc. i'm gonna try and see if i can fix the proficiency sliders myself.

@matthewwwww use iNPC with this mod, iNPC allows you to change NPC proficiency (accuracy with weapons, from terrible to pretty much literal aimbot)

i think the weapon accuracy modifiers are broken, they don't seem to do anything

Its was an Old Issue, Weird nobody mentioning this or they dont really care. But I do care, I dont want to fight a average Incompetent bad guys soldier. I mean come on, theyre the combine they can make a dangerous warmachine from stick

and I already did "clear up everything" and Restarting map and they still didnt chance, NPC from map and spawn by myself.

Everything that altering npc code is disabled or unsubed, The only other NPC mod I had is VJbase, and Z base for custom NPCs

If those are NPCs spawned on a map, have you tried the 'Clean up everything' admin option? The way I am updating accuracy and convars is kind'a hacky. And then, do you perhaps have some other NPC addons that could interfere with it?

Hey, the Accuracy selection didnt work, Combine and rebels/Citizen still have vanilla weapon accuracy.
