How does requiring players to have high ranks and a verified phone number lead to more hackers and smurfs? It doesnt...

I know, troll guide and such, but I have a smurf account and since I don't have 2 cellphones, I can't get into prime matchmaking. I think it narrows it down quite a bit if you ask me, widely improving the quality of mm.
