"The Mecha Penguin was built by Denshi Electrics Corp. as a working prototype in 1987. As such, all of the technology used is very rusty, very slow, and made of spare parts for your grandparents dishwasher. Programmed for combat, it is armed with two twin laser cannons and one beak-mounted plasma gun. The combined firepower of the Mecha Penguin makes it a very tough adversary.

However, like most '80s robots, the Mecha Penguin is clunky, slow, and very stupid. It can be easily defeated by stairs and running in circles. It has no programming for dealing with unpredictable tactics, either. It simply walks and shoots. Shoots everything.

It has no worry about collateral damage and will quite literally destroy anything standing in its way.
