Lightly grease a skillet and toss in 2 pounds of your preferred meat, I prefer turkey. Stir occasionaly until the meat browns, then drain the grease. Set heat to low and add a jar of tomato sauce, a small can of mushrooms, and olives. Add any other spices and let it sit.

Fill a pot about half-way with water and bring to a boil, then insert noodles of your choosing. 1 1/2 pounds is the ideal number, I prefer penne. Stir obsessionally over the course of 12+ minutes, pulling out small spoonfuls to check consistency. When the pasta is to your liking drain the pot into a strainer.

Slowly pour sauce from the sauce pan into the very bottom of the pot, then put in the noodles followed by the rest of the sauce and meat. Mix thoroughly and boom, you made pasta that will last you a week or so.
