Introduction
This guide will help to resize the game to any resolution that the game does not support.
Hexa editing
1)You have to grab an hexa editor like HxD Hex Editor
Follow this link
https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/

2)Open NeptuniaVII.exe with HxD

3)Search for 006EEF00 offset(h) with Ctrl+G

This is the tool i'm using to convert decimal in Hexa
http://www.binaryhexconverter.com/decimal-to-hex-converter

4006 (Width) stand for 1600 (the converter give 0640 you have to swap the bytes)
and 8403(Height) stand for 900(the converter give 0384 you have to swap bytes too)
in the 006EEF00 offset(h)

Here's a screenshot of this line(offset(h))

For exemple I replaced 4006 by 00F for 3840(Width)
replace 8403 by 7008 for 2160(Heigh)

Optional
You can change 1600x900 (text) by any number on the right
in 005276F0 offset(h)
Important
Don't forget the game still render to native resolution, with this you have the ability to choose resolution like 1366x768 for exemple. It's only stretch the game for resolutions above 1080p

If you are looking for internal resolution mod you are in the wrong place
you should look this thread

At same resolution this mod on the link above game perform better
and it even let you render a game at lower resolution
So you can expect to have a better framerate at lower resolution
It's worth to try anyways.

Guide updated, the previous one was for an old .exe of the game. I didn't take the time for this.

actually no the game doesn't even render at 1080p.It renders at 900p and then upscales it to 1080p.

This doesn't actually change the rendering resolution; the game still renders at 1920x1080 regardless. So basically we need a real mod (GeDoSaTo) to fix the devs incompetence.
