Introduction
Ok everybody, I created this guide for those wondering, "how doez cre8 geng".
Well, honestly, it's not that hard. I'd also like to mention that I am very good about my grammar, so this guide should not have very many mistakes, and if it does I would appreciate it if someone would alert me in the comments. I will try my best to answer every question and add those unanswered into this guide.
The Rundown
Ok. So, say I'm you, running around Seattle trying not to get shot or sniped or slashed up into little pieces of that flaky kind of fish you had for dinner last night. You: "HEY, WHASAT???" *like a noob* Gang Leader: "HOLD HIM FOR RANSOM BOYS!" Just then, you realized you've been taken for ransom and have no gang to support your back. What the heck do you do? That is one big reason it is important to be in or own a gang, like me. Scenario two: You: "Ooo, lemme check out dat pollice stetion in Seeahttle! OH WHADDAHECK GUST HIT ME LEG???" You have no medic in your gang, because you do not have a gang, and bleed to death. Neither do you have people to guard your stuff or return fire. What I'm trying to break through to you here, is, gangs are important to have in the savage ol' world.
Gang Membership
Ok mate. So, you move to PEI, to get some ol' British chaps to fight with you.

Well, sadly, it just doesn't work like that...
Having a gang isn't that hard. But the procedural processes of recruiting are so drab and boring sometimes. There are three ways I found you can recruit:

Point #1: You can go around like a noob hollering in chat, "OMG BOYAZ JOIN MINE GENG IM AT DIZ LOWCATTION ♥♥♥ JOIN ME". You don't have to include the location part, but that is the low end of recruiting.

Point #2: Find people in the world and see if they are friendly. Hang out with them for a bit, maybe analyze their values and test their skills, and whence done with that, kill em' or bag em' straight into the gang.

Point #3: Gain a position of absolute power, then go searching for those with very little and weave them into your basket of trust. If they turn out wrong, weave them out with a couple group bans and kill them on sight. If they turn out good, like I said, bag em' straight in, and maybe even give them a higher rank among your gang jockeys.

What I would love for Steam to have, as an amazing feature, is a rank system in groups that would be customizable, where each rank can perform certain actions based on the rank, and the ranks would have customizable names. This would make large-scale group organizing so much better.
Trading
Ok, so a group of traders wanders onto the server with all sorts of goodies. There is a position you can set your men up in, and two ways to deal with the traders.

The position: You will want it to be on a road somewhere where there are no zombies, or outside of a base, the trader's or yours. If you choose the road, you must set up snipers flanking both sides of the road, and 2-4 men with you in the middle of the oad to meet up with the traders, and an escape vehicle on your side (A helicopter, apc, or fast vehicle) in case of an ambush or the traders backstabbing you. If you choose the base setup, you must have snipers flanking the base and rocket/charge gang members in case the traders decide to hide away after killing you, or you killing you. 2-4 men by you is recommended, yet again. It is also recommendable in all situations to have an area nearby with an assualt squadron of about 3-7 person size.

I never said you had to use either grizzly or sportshots, katanas or kitchen knives, or anything of that sort. I never even said you had to follow my guidelines on this section and use everything in it. I just gave you the name of an infantry unit, you do what you want with their gear loadout, and I also gave some strategies.

So, you decide to go the original trading route. use either items, or the currency of the server, and trade for what you want. This can earn you some reputations among other traders in the world. Traders can decieve though, and may secretly be an enemy gang in disguise or Unturned bandits/wasters/sadists waiting for the trap. Hence the snipers, escape vehicle, and envoy men.

The other route is way more bountiful in lootations, and is suggested if you are a violent or greedy gang in progress. Kill em' all, no survivors left, and take everything they own away from them.

I suggest the first way of dealing with them.
Ransom
Well, to do this, you have some reeeeeeaaaaal strength. Ransom is'nt that easy.

So how the heck do you do it? Well, first, you need a jail cell at least. Build it using a cell door, and some bar fortifications to talk to them through, (IMPORTANT: HAVE THESE FACING IN NOT OUTSIDE just in case someone wants to kill your prisoner) and some metal structure pieces are much better for the job then wood ones. Keep that door with a guard or two at all times, and even put some tables and sofas down with weapons on the guard room walls if you want.

Capturing and maintaining them is another whole story. Capture them by using some handcuffs, and drag them along in a vehicle cage or something of the likes. Put them in the holding cell, and threaten to kill them and make them lose all their gear to you if they do not comply once cuffed. Keep track of their food and water, not to mention health, and put down the times when you should feed, heal, and hydrate an average player. Also be very careful about the infection meter. Right clicking someone with a consumable will make them use it, which can be used for glue and chemical torture other than needs also.

Charge the gang they came from, the player's buddies, or themselves whatever you demand from what they have. Shoot anyone who is not a gang member down during the time that you are holding the prisoner, unless they offer up the ransom. If he has nobody or no money, shoot em dead in either an execution chamber or have him fight to death with a noob in an arena as a test of who can join... Another recruiting strategy.
War
"War... war never changes."

So you decide you are sick and tired of this other gang's looters running around and ruining your fun. At the rate of gang organization I gave you, it should be extremely easy to overtake the enemy gang. If it isn't, though, prepare a full on raid. Chat woth the leader of the gang that you wish to confront, and tell him what his gang has done wrong. If he backs down, you are free to do whatever. If he declares war back, though, then assemble your army. Go on towards a full on raid upon his gang's hideout/base. If he surrenders his gang after the oraganized manslaughter, let them be. If it comes to the point where he doesn't back down, and becomes a permanent enemy, kill off any of his men you see ever again and keep on fighting 'till they give up.

Plan your allies very carefully. Some of them might resort to backstabbing you. If you plan them correctly, though, it will be as easy as ever to use them to help your gang business along and get assistance in very hard times.
Acknowledgments
As you may or may not know, I do own a gang. You are free to join it at any time you please, as it is a public group, but I prefer to test those I recruit first. I am a very savage mob boss when I want to be. Here is the link to my group, should you want to join it:

Well everyone, I am not willing to disclose my YT, Facebook, or Twitter, so have a great day creating gangs like mine!
