EDIT: Yes they dont insta kill dozers n stuff but just use a RPG or a GL40 or the China Puff or Piglet

For the explosion guy did you forget that explosives can kill cops instantly making the explosion damage one useless? and for he grenades that cant be blown up skill just use dynamite, for the "Professional" the planks one is just lazy, most heists dont even have planks so its useless! the 1 more cable tie thing you can just get cable ties from ammo boxes or just get the basic forced friendship skill overall this is by far the WORST concept for a new skill tree
