No, there's no SPARK in Internet ready to rigging, but I have extracted files. Only need for that - any 3D Editor (3D Max or Blender) and importer of psk-files (model-file) so that you can rework for Garry's Mod
That because I have too many projects. "Mercenary Plasma Weapons, "ADVENT Units", "EXALT Weapons", "Sawed-Off" (for XCOM 2 game), "SPARK Robotic Unit" (with Lily Shen) and such more projects out of XCOM 2. But I will agree your help. Good luck.
Be careful, all parts of SPARK is separate (legs, torso, head and hands), it can be harder (+all models from XCOM 2 too big for "HL2 Citizens" and need resize with skeleton)
Trooper, Officer, Stun Lancer and ShieldBearer, yea, I know. But it so hard to rename full of UE3 skeleton to Valve.Biped and put Enhanced Citizen physics. But I created physics for custom skeleton, but... have some trouble, that I cannot fix at this moment. Sorry.
