It's a rail vehicle, not a metro vehicle. But a mod is in the works that will allow metro vehicles to run on elevated tracks. However, it will not be released until BloodyPenguin gets his computer back from repairs.

The signs can be placed separately as props with Beautification Mod and Prop Anarchy.
