Miyagi Motors - back wide roof

Factory floor building - this version has the windows on the roof take up the whole width of the building. Works both on it's own or together with the rest of the complex. Without the RICO mod this is just a park that doesn't do anything. Atm it wants ALOT of highly educated workers - I will tweek this when possible through the RICO mod.
