Nobody knows what does "cooldown" means .

They are many kinds of cooldowns : Teamkills , many kicks , many damages done to allies.
The best way to cooldown / Ban people are : Tk and Damages.
4 kind of duration : 30min-2hours-24hours-7days.

1st tip : 1 entryfrag with awp in spawn
2nd entryfrag with awp out the spawn
Only awp and hs
If one of your friend hit him at 2hp or moreless in spawn in the first rounds , never shoot the guy that get owned or u'll get instaban. Take care

2nd tip : wanna make them angry?
Shoot them sometimes in their foot ( only with pistol : Glock-20 , P2000 , USP-P , P250 )
After some shoots they will kill you
Making tilting ur teammates is the best way to get fun

3rd tip : Tell them to buy decoy
and ♥♥♥ with it ( take grenade throw on urself without buying armor ) try to be at 4hp max
doin 3times : they will get cooldown

4th tip : Flaming with mic
Learning every Unrealistic language in cs:go is useful if u wanna make the cooldown come true

5th tip : Never laugh
If u use ur mic and you laugh they'll know u're trying to cooldown them

6th tip : Be a nice actor
Act like u're mad when they shoot u

7th tip : Always write byee or goodbyee in chat + screenshoots after every cooldowns , don't forget to post them.

8th tip : Take a meme group tag best way to be a real cooldown.
