Launching Echelon With 64 Bit Windows.

This file is a replacement for the GameLauncher.bat which may need to be edited for the correct path of the game as this one points to the C drive.

The replacement batch file can be found here:

Changes may need to be made to the path that the file references if Echelon is not installed on your C drive. Remove the space between mega and .nz. Had to do this so steam wouldn't remove the link.
