Smithing in Proudspire Manor

Beskrivelse
Adds a forge, sharpening wheel, Tanning Rack and armor table to the basement of Proudspire manor

Should be compatible with automatic items sorting, any thing else I don't know

the Smelter is missing, big to work with not sure where to place
