Everyone is allowed to use addons you upload - Steam Workshop is not your personal file hosting, it is a distribution service for your mods and the like. By uploading your addons to Steam Workshop you agree that anyone can download and use your uploaded content, anyone is allowed to edit it (though not redistribute it without your consent, edited or not). You can't say "you are not allowed to use this addon on your server" or similar things. Adding code that would stop people from using your addon on their servers falls into the Malicious Code category.

Just like how he made plenty of stuff from this pack his with his own code changes. Plenty of stuff here is his, changed from the base (yours), so stop trying to fight a double standard. Personal server use remains personal server use. Shit he even says theres no point to download this and is literally discouraging others from subscribing. Your defense also offers no excuse or reasonable explanation of your theft of models and animations of said original weapon pack which in turns makes you liable as well for theft, something you convienently left out while taking full credit for yourself. Make a fully annotated and presentable case next time.

And the lua files you said i stole, Its M9k's Lua Base which is free to use for everyone, and also i have changed a lot of things in that base, and there plenty stuff of mine there. And stop saying bullshit.

Hi I noticed that you're the creator of the weapon packs.

This file doesn't contain any of the lua files included with your weapon pack, it contains all the models, textures, and sounds, minus most the models and textures that you stole from the garrysmod.org and minus many of the unused sound assets that took up too much download time than what was needed. I hope you understand.

I found your weapon code to be unoptimized. Most if not all of the code was stolen from the M9K weapon base, and there were quite a few shocking unoptimized sections of code (mostly idle timers) that I wouldn't like on my server. Instead of using stolen code, I decided to use my own base that will allow me to tweak the weapons to my needs. I hope you understand.
